Why do stamps have different colors?

Good question — and the answer is simple.
We wanted our digital travel stamps to stand out from traditional postage stamps and at the same time carry their own meaning.

Colors help us express emotions, create themes and make collecting more fun.
Today, each color has its own purpose and story.

Why colors matter

Colors evoke different feelings and memories.
That’s why our stamps come in several variants — each representing a different type of experience or way of collecting.

Currently, you’ll find blue, green, brown and red stamps, with more colors planned for the future.

What each color means

  • Blue – Standard stamps
These are the classic stamps you can buy directly on our website.
They form the foundation of most collections.
  • Green – Geolocation stamps
These stamps can only be unlocked at a specific physical location.
They encourage real travel, discovery and adventure – and make your collection truly authentic.
  • Brown — Gift stamps
Brown stamps are special rewards you receive for free on various occasions.
The very first one featured Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, and was gifted after the first purchase.
  • Red — Charity stamps
A portion of the proceeds from red stamps goes to selected charities.
They let you collect and help at the same time.
  • ? – Limited edition
    Some stamps appear only once.
Special events, anniversaries or unique designs – these stamps are rare and highly collectible.

Green stamps: connecting travel and collecting

If you want a green stamp, you’ll need to visit the place it represents.
It’s our way of blending the virtual and real worlds – and motivating people to explore new cultures, meet new people and discover new places.

Virtual and real entertainment

Collecting digital travel stamps is a mix of virtual fun and real‑world adventure. Everyone collects differently — adults, kids, travelers, dreamers. Some prefer certain colors, others chase rare pieces. And that’s exactly what makes collecting so enjoyable.

Every color tells a story.
Every stamp has its meaning.
Which color will become your favorite?
